Personal Copy and Print Usage Report.

 

This example illustrates how to view Personal usage with PaperCut Reports

 

Ad-hoc Reporting.

 

Within the PaperCut Report list you will notice some reports specified as Ad-hoc. These reports allow greater flexibility in the the output options.

 

For example, say we want to report on Staff Personal Copy and Print Usage.

 

Select User Printing - summary (ad-hoc)

 

 

 

Selecting User Printing Summary Options

 

As you will see from the screen below there are a number of selectable options. However, for our example, select "User Accounts" from the [Only show printing allocated to:] dropdown list.

 

Selecting this option will remove usage that has been assigned to shared accounts and only report on personal usage.
