Making Shared Accounts Accessible to all Users.
PaperCut has an advanced Client Print Popup that is ideal for Professional Firms. This example shows how to import a sample Shared Account file that contains Client Matter Codes and Descriptions and make them accessible for all users.
Configuration
Step 1.
To demonstrate this feature download and save the sample batch import file below.
Step 2.
Select the Accounts Tab then select the [Template Account] as illustrated below.
Step 3
From the Dropdown List select [All Users] then click Add.
Now when you run the batch import. All Users will have access to the Accounts as illustrated in the Advanced Popup above.
Step 4
Now select Batch Import from the left hand menu and select the file you downloaded in Step 1. Click the Import Button.
Once completed, all accounts will display in the Advanced Client Popup.
