Adding Disbursements at the Copicode-IP.
Within PaperCut the Copicode-IP can
be set to "Disbursement Mode". This is a special mode that
allows the modification of a copy job at its completion. This
mode has been designed specifically for a copy centre
application where the copy centre operator is often required to
add additional charges for special paper, binding elements,
transparencies etc.
Configuration
Step 1.
To demonstrate this feature select the Device, then the Config Editor Tab.

Step 2.
Scroll down and locate the Key Disbursement-terminal and set the value on.

Copy centre operator selects
department for charging and completes copy job. |

At completion operator can
add a page cost. For example, add a value for more
expensive paper. |

Operator is then prompted to
add a job cost, for example say a $2.00 spiral bind was
added. |

Operator then gets the option
to accept or modify. |
.
Note: Pressing the Up or Down Arrows on the Copicode-IP will toggle between Plus (+) or Minus (-) so you can either add or deduct a value.
Step 4
Now when you view the transaction you will see that a Comment has been added to the job. This Comment lists the value that was either added or deducted from the job..
