Customising the Popup for Legal and Accounting Firms

In a Legal and Accounting Firm you would generally use the Advanced Popup for Account Selection when Printing. However, in some cases you may wish to use the Standard Popup.

This example illustrates how to configure the Popup for use in a professional firm.

By default the Standard popup has all options enabled as illustrated below.

There are two ways to change the popup settings, either Globally for all users or a subset of users by using the "Bulk User Actions" screen or individually by user.

In this example we are selecting the User Account, and scrolling to the Account Selection panel.

Next, we remove the options as illustrated below and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply. way to handle this format.

Now when you restart the popup and select a print you will have a much simplified Popup as illustrated below. The "Personal Balance" dialog box will also have disappeared.

Making the Code Visible

In most cases you will want your users to see the Account Code they are entering. To make the Account Code Visible, Select the Options Tabin the PaperCut Administration Interface then scroll down to Account Options. By default the "Make shared account PIN/code visible" will be unchecked. Check this box then scroll down and click Apply.

Restart the Popup again and do a Print, now you will be able to see the PIN Code as illustrated below.
